	Hoping that some one moves to FreeBSD should be a proactive thing.  To
say that you hope so and so ( you boss maybe ) moves to FreeBSD and then
not do anything about it isn't really helping.  You've got to be able to
strike a balance between advocating the good things about FreeBSD and
not ticking someone off because you're blind to only one solution.

	Everyone has different backgrounds, it sounds like you've been in
situations where Linux is the foot hold and they don't want to move. 
That's not the case for everyone, some people are willing to move to
"better" solutions.  Some people don't feel they need "better"
solutions.
