I almost always just start over. This time I thought I would try to upgrade the system. Basicly I am seeking advice on how/if this might be done. It has been a while so "pkg upgrade" shows the following needs to be done: Number of packages to be removed: 1 Number of packages to be installed: 16 Number of packages to be upgraded: 307 Number of packages to be reinstalled: 28 In the past I've just run pkg. This has not worked out so well, I was thinking maybe do firefox, libreoffice, and then gimp. Then xfce followed by the rest. If anyone has had success with workstation updates, I'm keen to know how you did it. My issue has been mostly xfce does not play well with firefox. Thanks for any thoughts.
