I just couldn't find it, where can I get those messages, which come during the boot sequence just after white text (kernel) and before "login: " prompt. Are they even saved somewhere? I know that errors are written to /var/log/messages, but I need the exact dump of those messages. Should I hack into rc? Best wishes, Andrew
