https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D247441 --- Comment #9 from Niclas Zeising <zeising@FreeBSD.org> --- (In reply to Scott Bennett from comment #8) As long as you are running unsupported FreeBSD versions, there is not much I can do. FreeBSD 11.4-PRERELEASE is not a supported version. I suggest you either run FreeBSD 11.4 or better yet 12.1, both are supported. You can al= so run the latest 11-stable or 12-stable, or 13-current. I don't know why your GPU hangs, however, there has been a lot of developme= nt both in the FreeBSD base system as well as the various ports that is the graphics stack. I asked if this was a problem with an updated FreeBSD vers= ion, and updated components. The log you have pasted is from xorg-server 1.18, which has been replaced, so I'm asking again: Is this a problem with FreeBSD 12.1 using drm-fbsd12.0-kmod and the latest version of gpu-firmware-kmod? Have you tried FreeBSD current with drm-devel-kmod? I do not know what you mean by "there are no production versions of FreeBSD= ", currently, the supported releases are 11.3 (that will go EOL soon), 11.4 and 12.1. 12.2 is planned to be released later this year. Both 11.2 and 11.1 = are EOL, since quite some time. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.=
