Subject:   hardware not raising interrupts

Hi,
	We are writing a network device driver for an ethernet interface
network card.
The hardware IRQ status register shows an Interrupt to be  Pending.
But, vmstat -i doesn't show any interrupts from our device.
Any idea why it could be happening?
