| HELLO I HAVE THE SHAREWARE VERSION OF FREEBSD BUT IT'S NOT VERY GOOD. I NEED

Several of us here on the freebsd-questions list are . . . well, "mystified"
would probably be the best way to put it. It's hard to avoid the impression
that you are joking.

Under the assumption that you're not (and honestly, it's quite a stretch), then
let me summarize the situation.

     * FreeBSD does not come in a shareware version, nor does it come in a
        commercial version. It is an open-source operating system. The full
        version is available at any time. It requires no serial numbers.

     * "NOT VERY GOOD" is the sort of value judgement which is unlikely to win
        you any friends on the freebsd-questions list. Do you mean that you
        don't understand it? Do you mean that you haven't been able to install
        it properly? Do you mean that you don't like reading the manuals?
        What were you expecting it to do?

For more information on what FreeBSD is, what it does, how to install it, what
you can expect from it, and in fact, more information than you can shake a
stick at, please visit

        http://freebsd.org/

Best of luck.
