There's nothing that corresponds directly to the System V DDI/DKI
manual.  Some (but unfortunately not all) kernel functions and
structures are described in section 9 of the manual.  Look at intro(9)
for a start.  There's also a tutorial at
http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ddwg/ddwg.html.  But you'll find that
you'll have to read a lot of other driver code before you get your
driver finished.
