I am attempting to run the timidity program, because I've been unsuccessful in getting midi to play any other way in FreeBSD-2.2.5. I get errors like Drum set 6 is undefined when playing a midi file and it sounds really distorted, messed up, almost totally unrecognisable. Sometimes it quits out, sometimes there is not error, but it never plays right. Any help would be appreciated. - Chris Brunner - - cjb@efn.org -
