I did a search on google and found a copy from a place called www.ozemail.com.au/~geoffk/pdfencrypt/pdf_sec.ps. But this site is in the ports Makefile and when the makefile tries to get it it says file not found. The chec ksum is ok so we must be getting the same file from the same place but I find i t and the port makefile doesn't. Why is this??
