	This is really a horrendous example for a number of reasons. A much
better example that illustrates the point you're trying to make would be
something like, "If I build a fence that sits on and/or encloses part of
your property, the longer the fence exists without you objecting to it
the stronger my case for a prescriptive lien, and ultimately title of
the property passing over to me."
