This is a NetVin NV5000 rt8029 chipset and should be covered by the ed
driver. Confirm you have the ed0 & miibus devices in your kernel config
(see GENERIC around line 168). If not, add them in, build & install a new
kernel (there's no module alternative), and reboot.
