The directory I mount to is owned by separate user and group, not the root:wheel. If someone wants to even see the directory in FTP "ls" output instead of "ftpd: DIR: Permission denied", it had to be in the wheel group ;) but the file content problem remains. ;) I wonder how ftpd is limited to the directories where netware shares are mounted? Where am I wrong?
