My CD drive is in the list of supported HW
(Future Domain 8XX/950 series SCSI controllers)
but is not recognized by the installation floppies.
(It is quite OLD.)

I installed the boot manager. How can I
get rid of it?

Installing from a DOS partition wouldn't work.
The boot floppies want to see a /dist. They ignore
the files in C:\FreeBSD. Should I put the ./bin
directory into C:\dist, C:\dist\FreeBSD, or what?

Thanks.
