This could be a while...you might want to make a port of 0.47, since
it's primarily a bug-fix release.  It sounds like Michael's going to
do some major surgery for 0.48, so it might be a couple more iterations
before a release as stable as 0.47 appears.  That's my impression, anyway.

I too am running mutt on FreeBSD (0.47) - just a minor tweak to config.h
after running configure.
