I had this problem too.  All I did was mkdir -p 
/usr/share/examples/isdn/contrib
and re-ran make installworld.  I think there was another similar error 
after this
that I had to do the same thing with.. can't recall which, though.

When make installworld runs, should it invoke 'install' with the -d flag in the
future??
