Probably because screenshots tell you absolutely nothing about the usefulness of an operating system. :-) FreeBSD the operating system looks like what you get in a COMMAND prompt in Windows (assuming you're familiar with that platform). You can run a Windowing system on top of FreeBSD and make that look like just about anything, including Windows. Ciao, Sheldon.
