Whatever you do, DO NOT set the SRM to autoneg, you stand a good chance
of confusing the switch.  I've had good luck when I hardcode everything
to 100Mb/full-duplex (switch, SRM, FreeBSD).

I've got 6 of these ds10's running in production with kernels from January,
all set up as described above.  No problems what so ever..
