	Three simple answers.

1. It works as well or better than anything you can buy on the market. 
2. It's free.
3. You have the source code for the entire system, soup to nuts.
Therefore you can add your own local hacks to the system, and more
quickly solve any problems that might come up for yourself. 

	There is also a community of developers that are willing to help, but
sometimes you get what you pay for here. Commercial support products are
being developed, but it's rare that problems can't be solved via the
mailing list support. 

	Take a look at our web page for more information, including the
"gallery" of commercial sites that use FreeBSD.
