I just did the upgrade a few weeks ago, so it looks like I just missed it. If I understand this correctly, in the stable-supfile, "tag=RELENG_4" gives you the most current version of 4.x and "tag=RELENG_4_x" (with x being the current stable branch) gives you the current STABLE release?
