ITYM Netscape v4.75 (actually, 4.76 is the last version they released
for FreeBSD). It runs on everything from FreeBSD 2.2 _and up_:
backwards-compatbility in your OS is a wonderful thing.

The Linux version of netscape is maintained, and is currently up to
version 4.78 (i.e. the latest release of netscape). It works great
using FreeBSD's Linux binary compatibility.

No.

Mozilla, opera, and w3m are three other good browsers I use.
