The distfile has been rerolled, see PR 69408 (sigh). Do
rm /usr/ports/distfiles/squid2.5/squid-2.5.STABLE6-ldap_helpers.patch
or
make distclean
and try again. Btw, currently ldap support is buggy. See PR 69465.
