FWIW, here's the errors I get on a July 12th checkout:

make_index: seti_applet-0.4.1_1: no entry for /usr/ports/x11/gnomelibs
make_index: seti_applet-0.4.1_1: no entry for /usr/ports/x11/libpanel
make_index: gschem-20030223: no entry for /usr/ports/lang/guile
make_index: gschem-20030223: no entry for /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/gtk12
make_index: gschem-20030223: no entry for /usr/ports/lang/guile
make_index: gschem-20030223: no entry for /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/gtk12
Warning: Duplicate INDEX entry: *** Error code 1
Warning: Duplicate INDEX entry: 
Warning: Duplicate INDEX entry: *** Error code 1
Warning: Duplicate INDEX entry: 
 Done.

I get the exact same errors on a current checkout, as well.
