Nope. Look for a file "ports-supfile" on your system. You can make a copy
e.g. to /root and then run it with

# pkg_add -r cvsup-without-gui
# cvsup ports-supfile

Be sure to install the Port "portupgrade" and read it's manpage. It is a
great tool!

# pkg_add -r portupgrade

With portupgrade you can even upgrade all ports at once:

# portupgrade -rRPv \*
