Subject:   fxp, xl, rl device timeouts

I am receiving several:

	fxp0: device timeout

and

	xl0: watchdog timeout

and

	rl0: watchdog timeout

After I receive one of these, the machine stops passing traffic for ~ 22
seconds.

All of these ethernet cards are installed in Compaq 5500's.  I'm assuming
this is related to the device polling but I need to figure out a fix to
stop this.  I coulnd't find a relevant link from the mail archives.

Please advise.  Thanks.
