Wrong.
It's just low traffic, & recently had some spam.

Other @freebsd.org lists have also got eg the masquaraded Laurence
Auster spam ( headers suggest masqueraded ).  If the spam annoys
enough, lots of people on this particular list presumably have the
right skills to volunteer to help the postmaster@freebsd.org team
