Well said.  Indeed, we should also move netpbm and ghostscript, since
they can (optionally) create MS bitmaps and so on..

The original imports were all archivers of some kind, so thats where
they should go.

I think we have a number of more wide-ranging issues (especially the
optional dependency stuff, multi-level port hierarchies etc..) that
we can spend our time better talking (arguing?) about..
