FYI, if you run into the same problem.

I was wondering why I have less disk space after a buildworld install,
after searching I found a lot of debug files in /usr/lib/debug/.

The reason for this is, the behavier of the debug file creation was
changed. Instead to enable it with WITH_DEBUG_FILES in /etc/src.conf
you have to disable it with WITHOUT_DEBUG_FILES.

This is mentioned in /usr/src/UPDATING, but not in the manual for
src.conf.

best regards,
Andreas
