But probably is still going to be an issue at some point, so people
setting up syncs from svn.FreeBSD.org now should be expect to move to
a mirror site at some point.

PS. in case people are wondering - no, we don't currently have an svn
mirroring infrastructure.  There might be a couple of mirror sites,
but I can't really recall.
