[patch] use PYTHON_EXT_SUFFIX for .so

This patch used ${PYTHON_EXT_SUFFIX} defined in Mk/Uses/python.mk instead of
.cpython-${PYTHON_SUFFIX}.  No need to bump PORTREVISION.  It just fixes a =
port
(flavor) that was not building anyway, and no change for other flavors.
