Since the majority of feedback was of a negative nature. I've decided to *definitive* pursue this project - just to spite you. ;) Seriously, I can see where there is a place for this and I think I have enough feedback to know the approach. But upon reflecting on all the input I've received on all this and so many other things. It occurs to me that I can/ should kill a couple of "peevs" I've had w/ the current system and in doing so make alot of others happy as well. So in short, while I'd really like to put the pretty sticker on the box. I think I'd be better of in the long run if I re-paint the box first. Make any sense? So, if you're remotely curious about any of this, have a look @ "cleanup-boot.messages+overhaul-install". Thanks for all your input - both positive and negative. -Chris H. //////////////////////////////////////////////////// If only Western Electric had found a way to offer binary licenses for the UNIX system back in 1974, the UNIX system would be running on all PC's today rather than DOS/Windows. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////
