if I'm reading his dmesg right, it looks like his other CPUs aren't
starting up, even though they're showing up in the mptable?  there's
no "CPU <#> Launched!" entries in the dmesg

I'm also confused as to exactly what the problem is.  Rejden, can you
be more specific?
