Hello,

In FreeBSD-stable, the probe-order changed so that the PCI bus is
probed before the ISA bus. In the 2.1 release it was the opposite.

The above change makes FreeBSD-stable kernels not boot on my
machines. Changing the probe-order back in autoconf.c makes
everything work fine.

I'm just posting this to 1) make people aware that at least one user
gets broken by this and 2) to find out if it was an intentional change
with other repercussions or just an inadvertent change.
