Now I bying laptop HP Compaq nc6320 ES479EA. I install FreeBSD CURRENT 7.0 on it. I see some bugs in ACPI on this laptop: 1) My kernel permanently generated messages like: acpi_tz0: _CRT value is absurd, ignored (256.0C) 2) When I boot whithount plugging to power in variable hw.acpi.battery.time placed absurd value (about 2000 minutes 33 hours!) So I used two batterys simultaneously (primary and secondary) but this of course wrong value - 2000 min :). If I boot with plugged power and detach power after the boot variable hw.acpi.battery.time show good forecast. Again, when I my secondary battery decharged, variable hw.acpi.battery.time began to show good forecast. I would be happy to help FreeBSD community any test on this laptop model. following is my dmesg: Copyright (c) 1992-2006 The FreeBSD Project.
