When I see frequent posts by somebody on a mailing list, I assume that person is a regular and don't CC to that person when I reply.  I guess I was wrong in this case.

I believe the practice on most other emailing lists is to reply to the list and not CC to individual posters.

Most of the time, I don't think about looking for the Reply-To header line.
