Now users can no longer login as imapd claims they are providing incorrect passwords. I manually copied the version I was using (2004g) to /usr/local/libexec/imapd, and all is well, so it is definitely the new release. I did try manually reinstalling the imap-uw and cclient ports using the make option to enable both SSL and plain text passwords. Still no joy.
