You can do that on the questions@freebsd.org mailinglist. Perhaps something else is wrong (physically) or you indeed might have spotted a bug. If this is a bug then you can file a Problem Record (PR) and notify me that we need to reopen this. We need many more details if this is indeed a bug, which we can sort out at that moment.
