https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=192314 Bug ID: 192314 Summary: ports-mgmt/pkg 1.3.4 autoconf requirement Product: Ports Tree Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: Needs Triage Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: rsecor@seqlogic.com Attempting to install a new system. After updating /usr/ports I: (1) cd /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg (2) make And get back a message: "/usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg/work/pkg-1.3.4/missing: autoconf: not found WARNING: 'autoconf' is missing on your system. You should only need it if you modified 'configure.ac', or m4 files included by it. The 'autoconf' program is part of the GNU Autoconf package: <http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/> It also requires GNU m4 and Perl in order to run: <http://www.gnu.org/software/m4/> <http://www.perl.org/>" Previously it would be detected that autoconf, etc, would be prerequirements for pkg and would be installed as needed. However, it appears this is not currently happening. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
