I'm upgrading from 7.1-prerelease to 7.1-stable. I followed the manual.
make buildworld, make buildkernel, make installkernel, reboot,
make installworld fails with

install: /usr/share/locale/nb_NO.ISO8859-1/LC_TIME: Too many levels of
symbolic links
*** Error code 71

Stop in /usr/src/share/timedef.
*** Error code 1

What's the problem?
