Subject:   Simple tweaks to the firewall chapter

I noticed a simple improvement that could be made to the firewall
chapter of the handbook.  (It needs to briefly note the alternative
to recompiling a kernel ... kldload)

I seem to remember that someone was working on a major overhaul of
this chapter ... so _before_ I generate and submit a patch, is there
any major in-progress work on this chapter that would make it silly
for me to submit a 5-line patch for a chapter that's going to be
completely rewritten anyway?
