Hi,

If you are skilled at python, I will recommand BuildBot.
There is a builtin Github reporter for handling push/pr state.

I am currently working on a FreeBSD CI for
Julia(https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/issues/20585)

You can checkout my repos:
    - https://github.com/iblis17/buildbot-freebsd

and take a loop this testing:
    https://github.com/iblis17/julia/pull/3
