I assume that the doubled C's are typos.

I think that SIOC{GET,SET}RTINFO were imported into FreeBSD because of a bug 
in the 3.3 multicast distribution -- one of the diff's included some DARTNet 
kernel changes by accident.

The structures for SIOCGETSGCNT and SIOCGETVIFCNT are in 
/sys/netinet/ip_mroute.h .
