I compared my current fcntl.h and the file you posted above with the diff tool. As far as I could see there were only indentation difference. To be sure I made a backup of my current fcntl.h and replaced it with the content from your file. I also did a "make clean" and deleted firefox*.tbz in /usr/ports/distfiles. I noticed that the error occurs also while building mail/thunderbird and database/sqlite3.
