Netscape4 seems to have a problem using socks.. When you first start and configure all is ok. If you exit and reload, netscape cannot locate server. Go back to preferences/advance/proxies and select view (manual proxies). Select OK, and return back to browser. All works again. I submitted a bug report to Netscape.
