So I am sending it here: 1) Is there any tool to convert UTF-8 encoded data to SGML entities ? The text editor that I use can "Copy as Char Ref" but it applies this even t= o =20 ASCII chars and so can't suffice. 2) Is Docbook XML allowed by FDP ? Khoda Hafez Progga
