I've never heard of the presizer.exe tool you mentioned, but=20 GNU has a tool called "parted" that is supposed to work on=20 FAT32 filesystems. Go to http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/=20 for more information. In the meantime, make sure to completely=20 defrag the FAT32 partition you want to resize before you try to=20 alter it.
