Hello, I am am using the gaim port version 0.58. I was just wondering why, when it is installed and run, it needs to launch the gnome panel? I am using other WMs and KDE3, and it is annoying to have gaim open up a gnome panel on top of my kicker (kde panel). Is it supposed to do this? The version that you download off the website for linux doesn't do this. If it supposed to, why? How do I make it not do that?
