When reading the docs for ntp, the stability of the clock should
drop to about 0.1 ppm after some time. There even is a kernel variable
counting the time that the stability is less then 25 ppm.

However, when I look at my system, running xntpd the way it has been setup
in rc, I get the following:
(the system is up for 12 days)

Question: what is wromng? I thought I did not have to manually use tickadj...
