I converted the driver which supports the LMC1000P, LMC1200P, LMC5200P,
LMC5245P.  Right now it's pretty full of excessive debugging code
(#ifdef'd out to make sure it wasn't changing the operation of the card)
that I need to rip out and make sure all the necessary #ifdefs are in
there.
