   Hi... I work for a ISP by cable, we want to send a TV channel by
web... I have installed a "bktr" VideoCard and with fxtv we can watch the
image in the camera, How I can do to send a streaming server... ?? What
program I need to execute first?? Mpeg ?? how?? Thaks  for the help..
