Thanks, but couldn't you have found a way to do this without having to extract 9 separate copies of the X sources in order to build? That's a hell of a lot of disk space.. I thought this was one of the main reasons this hadn't been done earlier: i.e. finding a way to make the components build out of the same source tree but register as separate ports.
